The room was clean and big and parking a car was available free. It was convenient location for the motorway, amazing value.
-
We enjoyed our coffee with goodies at Regents Cafe.
-
Overall a nice stay, the cleanliness and the bus stop in front of. Parking is handy, good value of money
-
Unfortunately, the breakfast did not correspond to our experiences
-
Staff super friendly. Good location with good connection to the bus and the metro station.
No closets, just a small shelf in the room. So we had to use our suitcase as a closet for four days. Breakfast has a small choice of food for a 4 star hotel too little, traditional English breakfast only. only jam and spread cheese.
-
The staff was super friendly. We had forgotten some bath articles and could get them for free at the reception. The reception was open 24 hours.
The room was dirty (stains on the carpet and the chair). Also, you could not close the window properly, so it was very loud, since the room was located on a main road.
-
Excellent parking, everything else just as we wanted. Ps. Mother and adult daughter (no suitable box to tick above for `were you travelling as..?)
-
Nice rooms, fair price
Staff in breakfast are need better training - came across as rude. Breakfast self service area is designed badly; no ledge to rest trays mad it impossible to get food in one trip
-
We thought the breakfast that was provided was excellent.
-
-Friendly and helpful housekeeping/reception staff -able to park free -closeness to transport (bus at the door) -great location for visiting friends/family North London -kosher facilities -great breakfast included with room rate (this was a real plus) - seemed to appeal to all ages
Would have been great to have had cheaper internet costs but otherwise we were very happy.
-
Staff are excellent and helpful. Rooms clean and simple.
They have introduced new breakfasts, hot selection. Good idea but poorly run, crowded, difficult to manage with the people/trays and the way food is laid out. There were lots of short tempers and pushing when we were there. Staff friendly but food was running out all the time. One day cheese was supplied-next day no cheese. etc.
-
Very clean rooms, quiet, new furniture and bathroom appliances.
Breakfast is rather poor, not much variety on offer, to be honest. Also, the reception staff is somewhat clumsy and slow, at times rude.
-
Location was excellent for Alexandra Palace, and publib service into London was easy and cheapest way to get around.
Only downside was that there was only a Breakfast service offered, no bar or restaurant to have a evening meal .
-
They cater for Jewish visitors
-
The room was well appointed and presented and the breakfast selection very nice and fresh.
Paying for Wifi when most inns, pubs, and even coffeeshops provide it.
